Boho Magic in an Ibiza Herb Garden: A Wedding to Remember

When you think of an Ibiza summer wedding, you might imagine sunshine, laughter, barefoot dancing, and golden light, and this celebration had it all.

As a wedding planner with Vida Ceremonias, I had the joy of designing a day that perfectly blended laid-back island charm with boho elegance in a stunning private herb garden.

Palm-Shaded Gazebo Ceremony

The ceremony took place beneath a tropical gazebo, nestled under swaying palm trees. With the soft sound of cicadas in the background and a light Mediterranean breeze, the couple exchanged vows surrounded by nature, family, and friends. It was heartfelt, simple, and deeply meaningful , a moment suspended in time.

Cooling Off by the Pool: Aperitif Vibes

After the “I do’s,” guests made their way to the poolside for a relaxed Ibiza-style aperitif. The sun was high, the cava was flowing, and the vibe was effortlessly chilled. The bride and her friends slipped off their shoes and dipped their feet in the water to cool down , a spontaneous moment that captured the joy and freedom of the day.

Fairylit Garden Dinner with Sharing Plates

As the sun dipped low, dinner was served under strings of fairy lights in the herb garden.

We styled long wooden tables with bohemian touches , mismatched candles, a mix of colourful fresh flowers, natural textures, and a hint of rustic elegance. Mediterranean sharing plates brought everyone together , grilled fish, meat, seasonal vegetables, local cheeses, artisan breads ,all served family-style to spark conversation and connection.

Boho Style Meets Ibiza Energy

The décor reflected the couple’s free-spirited style: boho details, mismatched vases, carpets, and soft amber lighting. It felt cozy, yet wild. Under the stars, laughter gave way to music — and soon enough, guests were dancing on the tables, arms in the air, surrounded by the scent of wild herbs and the sound of summer joy.

An amazing day all round , Congratulations Siene and Nils!!
